Since I was a young boy I always loved to take pictures. The interest and engagement with the subject grew over time. It also serves as a balance that allows me to step away and immerse myself in another world, discovering the world and live through the lens of my camera. The camera as a companion allows me to explore the world around me without a specific purpose, be open to capture the interesting and fascinating little and big things around us, and visually record the special moments in life.

 Timo Beckmann holds a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction with a Specialization in Teaching Technology from Seattle Pacific University.
He completed a certificate program in the Design & Development of Online Learning Programs at the University of Washington.
He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in German from Pacific Lutheran University.
He studied Business Administration and Economics at the University of Hannover, Germany.

Timo Beckmann taught in college, alternative and regular high schools, and as online instructor.

He is familiar with a number of online learning interfaces, e.g. PLATO, Blackboard used in both high school and adult learning settings.
